Terms & Conditions

We advise you to have a look at our terms and conditions before you start booking. Please don't hesitate to contact us when you have any further queries.

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days are 100% non refundable. All cancellations must be made direct by phoning 08 8842 3017 or mobile phone on 04 338 44482 or 04 33844485.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.
Pets are allowed after negotiation and need to be on a lead when outside the house and supervised at all times.
Smoking is not permitted inside, but there is a designated smoking area outside.
If you wish to book on day of arrival you must discuss this with Clare View Accommodation prior to booking to guarantee that the B&B is ready for your arrival. We highly recommend to do the same for next day arrivals.

If you wish to make a booking right away, please do so online through our book now button under this text block, so you have the best chance that the dates are still available. You can check online availability there as well. Online bookings go right into the booking system.

Please note: when you intent to book and pay via the book now button for a ONE NIGHT STAY, the extra cleaning surcharge of $65 is NOT included in the price and needs to be paid separately. We advise you to just send us your enquiry by email and we will then include the surcharge in the final amount. Thank you.

Other (tentative) booking options

When you are almost sure you want to book, but need a bit more time to make a final decision, you can ask us to make a tentative booking. We will then hold these dates for you for 48 hours. You will have to let us know as soon as possible, but within those 48 hours, if you wish to make a final booking. If you do wish to make a booking, we will send you an email with booking details and payment details. Payment is preferably the full amount of your stay at the time of booking or alternatively a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking.
Please note:

One night stays incur a $65 AUD surcharge.
Breakfast provisions(milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, cereal, bacon, eggs, butter, bread), all linen (beds already made up), firewood and local bottle of wine are included.
A quote is not a confirmed booking. Please let us know as soon as possible if the quote is suitable, we can then reserve that time and forward instructions for payment and confirmation.

How to get to Clare View Accommodation

Coming from Adelaide you follow the Main North Road up north. Once in the Clare Valley you turn left onto Spring Gully Road. This is the first road on the left after the town of Sevenhill and approximately 4 km's south of Clare Town centre (before the Clare Caravan Park and Clare Valley Visitor Information Centre).

Entering the town of Clare from the north you go straight through town and stay on the Main North Road towards Auburn/Adelaide. You turn right onto Spring Gully Road approximately 4 km's south of Clare Town centre (after the Clare Caravan Park and Clare Valley Visitor Information Centre).

Follow Spring Gully Road through the hills for 2.2 km’s. You will see our red “Clare View Accommodation” sign on your right, in the first sharp bend to the left. Enter the property and stop at the first small house on your right hand side. This is where we (Esther and Ronald) live. Hopefully we will be home to welcome you. If you are a guest that booked with us, please drive approximately 100 meters further to The Clare View House on top of the hill. In the email that we have sent you, you find instructions for key pick up and you can check in yourself. We will catch up with you later.
