All prices are valid till 31st of December 2013, in Australian Dollars and including GST.
Clare View has minimum stay of 2 nights. The rates for The Clare View House per night:

• for two people in weekends (fri-sa): $ 220
• for two people week days (su-mo-tu-we-thu): $ 200 ($ 133 per night with Mid Week special, see below)
• price for every extra adult (age 14+) per night: $ 55 (up to 8 people in total)
• price for extra child till age 2: $ 0
• price for extra child age 2-13: $ 35

What is included in the price?

• 100% private house (when you book, the whole house is yours, you don't share the house with other guests) on top of the hill with two spacious bedrooms containing queen size beds and one bedroom with two double beds, two wheelchair accessible bathrooms, one with a spa and a very spacious living room and kitchen. The Clare View house is surrounded by a verandah with a shady carport for two cars and a spacious shady outdoor area with BBQ facilities and 360 degrees stunning views!
• Breakfast includes; cereal, milk, bread, butter, eggs, bacon, jam, coffee, tea, sugar and orange juice.
• A bottle of local Riesling, produced by Eldredge Vineyards on Spring Gully Road.
• 25% off all main meals for lunch and dinner in the Sevenhill Hotel: A very attractive voucher waiting for you in the Clare View House is 25% off all main meals for any lunch or dinner at the friendliest pub in the Clare Valley: the Sevenhill Hotel, Main North Road, Sevenhill, Tel: 08 8843 421.

• 10% off Taylors Wines: Another great voucher is a 10% discount of Taylors Wines purchased at their Cellar Door at Taylors Road in Auburn, Tel: 08 8849 1117.
• 10% off wine & pizza at Stone Bridge Wines: This voucher gives you suburb pizza's and fantastic wines in one deal, only 1 km away from Clare View. The 10% off voucher is valid for the minimum purchase of 1 bottle of Wine & 1 gourmet pizza. Stone Bridge Wines Cellar Door is located at section 113, Gillentown Road in Clare, just of Spring Gully Road, Tel: 08 8843 4143.
  Opening times: Cellar Door 10 - 4pm Thursday to Monday, Lunch & Wood Oven Pizza September to May 11-5pm. Weather permitting, ie. no pizza if fire ban/torrential rain. Stone Bridge Wines started in 2005. A boutique family owned & operated winery. It's a family friendly winery, with activities for kids.

As guests of Clare View, you receive 2 bottles of Clare Blue Shiraz when booking a tour with Clare Valley Experiences. Private tours are for any number up to 9 or 10 passengers for 4, 5 or 6 hours at costs indicated on the brochure that you can download via previous link. The tour normally sticks to historic and family (Boutique) wineries but with a private tour we can go anywhere requested!
  Guests are welcome to join the regular Saturday Tour at $50 a head. Clare Valley Experiences will pick you up at the Caravan Park or Visitor Information Centre. • Pets are permitted on the property and in the house, however prior authorisation is required. Dogs need to be on a lead at all times when outside the house. A pet bench, bowls & a snack on arrival for the dog is included. Feel free to take your dog out for a walk (on a lead)on our 27 acres. Enough room for the dog to stretch his legs!
• Fully equipped very spacious kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, a big refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and oven. The kitchen partly contains low leveled benches for disabled use.
