Our rates

All prices are valid till 31st of December 2010, in Australian Dollars and including GST.
The rates for The Clare View House per night:

• for two people in weekends (fri-sa): $ 195 (MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY REQUIRED IN WEEKENDS)
• for two people week days (su-mo-tu-we-thu): $ 175
  (Please note; ONE NIGHT stays are ONLY possible on su-mo-tu-we-thu and EXCLUDING long weekends, public holidays, SA school holidays & special events. One night stays always have an EXTRA CLEANING SURCHARGE of $65. Please note when you book online that you will have to pay SEPERATELY for this as the system doesn't allow us to add this to the online booking)
• price for every extra adult (age 14+)per night: $ 50 (up to 8 people in total)
• price for extra child till age 2: $ 0
• price for extra child age 2-13: $ 30
• extra cleaning surcharge for one night stays only: $ 65

What is included in the price?

• 100% private house (when you book, the whole house is yours, you don't share the house with other guests) on top of the hill with two spacious bedrooms containing queen size beds and one bedroom with two double beds, two wheelchair accessible bathrooms, one with a spa and a very spacious living room and kitchen. The Clare View house is surrounded by a verandah with a shady carport for two cars and a spacious shady outdoor area with BBQ facilities and 360 degrees stunning views!
• Breakfast includes; cereal, milk, bread, butter, eggs, bacon, jam, vegemite, coffee, tea, sugar and orange juice.
• A bottle of local Riesling, produced by Eldredge Vineyards at Spring Gully Road.
• 25% off main meals in Sevenhill Hotel
• 20% off wine voucher, when purchasing wine at Annie's Lane cellar door in Watervale
• 10% off professional in room massage by Clare Valley Massage. Accredited in massage, acupressure and Reiki. Please choose from "Bliss Massage" (70 min.), "Indulgence Massage" (40 min.) or 1 hour massage. Please book in advance. Call Erica on 04 194 87 079.

• Pets are permitted on the property and in the house, however prior authorisation is required. Dogs need to be on a lead at all times when outside the house. A pet bench, bowls & a snack on arrival for the dog is included. Feel free to take your dog out for a walk (on a lead)on our 27 acres. Enough room for the dog to stretch his legs!
• Fully equipped very spacious kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, a big refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and oven. The kitchen partly contains low leveled benches for disabled use.
• TV, radio, DVD/CD player, with USB input and set top box for HD TV

• High chair, portacot, nappy change pillow available on request and free of charge
